Left Bank
300 N Canal St, Fulton Market, Chicago 60606
Left Bank is a 36-story Hines-run tower right at the edge of Fulton Market, with a seventh-floor terrace that does the heavy lifting: a resistance pool, sundeck, gas grills, and a fire pit, plus a real fitness center, a resident pub, and a private dog park if you've got one. You're a four-minute walk from the Clinton stop on the Green and Pink lines, so the Loop and West Loop are basically a non-event, and there's a Jewel-Osco about nine minutes out for the actual grocery run. Coffee at Starbucks is six minutes away, and when you want to go out you've got New Line Tavern and Porter Kitchen & Deck close by, with Riverpoint just five minutes from the door.

This place used to be amazing when it was manged by Bozzuto! Unfortunately Hines management is terrible and no place is worth having horrible management. Worst landlord I ever had. Hines took over in late 2025.
