Parq Fulton
1400 w Randolph St, Fulton Market, Chicago 60607
Parq Fulton sits right in the thick of Fulton Market with a rooftop pool that has private cabanas and a fire pit lounge, plus a Technogym-equipped fitness center where the cardio machines look out over downtown. The units lean modern and bright with stainless appliances, French door fridges, Nest thermostats, and Latch keyless entry, and there's coworking space with a private conference room if you work from home. You can grab coffee at Stan's Donuts a few minutes away, throw axes at Bad Axe basically next door, or unwind at The Stanley Club, and the Ashland stop on the Green and Pink lines is about a seven minute walk. Heads up that there's no big grocery store within easy walking distance, so plan on a quick trip or delivery for the weekly haul.

Parq Fulton is “luxury” in branding only. Parking costs more than $400 per month, extra fees pile up especially during move out, cleaning fees, Wi-Fi and HVAC are unreliable, the walls are paper thin, …
Extremely predatory practices upon move out. Working with Caitlyn Kodali in the management office was a complete nightmare. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere in West Loop. Also, the bar on the ground floor becomes a night club on weekends and is very noisy.
Very inflexible management regarding move out. Also beware that there are tons of dogs and some without leashes. Attached bar is extremely noisy on weekends. …
