1000M
1000 S Michigan Ave, South Loop, Chicago 60605
1000M is the Helmut Jahn glass tower in the South Loop, and it leans hard into views with floor-to-ceiling windows in every unit and a 73rd-floor observation deck that's the highest residential vantage point in the city. The amenity floors are genuinely a draw too, with a wintergarden you can swim in year-round and a two-story fitness center that looks out over Grant Park and the lake. Day to day you've got Le Petit Cafe four minutes away for coffee, Kitty O'Shea's around the corner for a pint, and Dearborn Park eight minutes off for green space. The Roosevelt CTA stop is a seven-minute walk and there's a Trader Joe's just four minutes out for groceries.

on Google MapsWhat they don't show you until you sign that lease.... Not pictured are recent robberies in the garage and parking lot, missing packages, some staff with attitude
It is unreasonable to expect a perfect apartment, as such a thing does not exist. Windows may shatter and parts may wear down, as is bound to happen in any building. You might hear loud music from across the hall, or a newborn cry through …
Ok I recently moved here for work and loved the building. good neighbors and staff has been great. love the 2 pools and the 73rd floor rooftop area. amazing views of the city. my cat can't get enough of looking out the window. I couldn't agree more. spectacular views.
Absolutely love it ~ this absolutely this has to be one of the nicest buildings I’ve ever seen! Super quiet in my place and so many amenities I like to use. Can’t wait for the summer. Staff has been really helpful so far as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking down…
Lived in the building for almost a year now and have had a great experience! The leasing team, Gabe and Peter, have been great, and a special shoutout to Misha (Mihail) from maintenance. He is always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Really appreciate the whole team…
I’ve lived at 1000M since December, and I can honestly say it has exceeded every expectation. Living here has been a genuine blessing. …
Communication continues to be an issue here. I emailed several times to confirm my move in date (as it was incorrect on form) without an answer. I’ve emailed several times to inquire about rental spaces — even following their instructions from a recent community email they sent o…
Great
Tameia is seriously the sweetest! From the second I walked in, she made me feel so welcome. She has such a kind spirit and a beautiful personality that really stands out. She was patient, helpful, and answered all of my questions without …
I have to say, this is the best apartment building I’ve ever lived in. I’ve been here for a year, and the resort-style amenities truly set it apart. From the breakout rooms and the two-level gym to the wet and dry saunas, it has everything …
