Coeval
51 E 14th St, South Loop, Chicago 60605
Coeval is a boutique South Loop building with an industrial-leaning look, think exposed concrete, tall ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that pull in a ton of light, plus units with in-unit washer/dryer and balconies in select layouts. The amenities are the real draw: third-floor terraces with grill stations and fire pits, a chef's kitchen and lounge for entertaining, a Peloton-equipped gym, and free bike storage with direct lakefront access. You can grab coffee at Overflow Coffee a few minutes away, walk to Coliseum Park, or hit nearby spots like Victory Tap and M Lounge. The Roosevelt CTA stop is about 8 minutes on foot, and there's a Jewel-Osco roughly 5 minutes away for groceries.

I had a wonderful experience touring at Coeval Apartments. Brian V was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the available units. The units are quite impressive and clean, the area is easily accessible, and the people working there are very kind.
