1225 Old Town

1225 N Wells St, Old Town, Chicago 60610

1225 Old Town is a 16-story spot right in the heart of Old Town, with apartments that get real panoramic city views, designer kitchens with quartz counters and stainless appliances, and a resident lounge with a pool table when you want to unwind. The amenities pull their weight too, between the heated outdoor pool and the 24-hour fitness center. You're a 3-minute walk to Starbucks and steps from bars like The Rabbit Hole and Division on the Rocks, with Seward Park close by for green space. Getting around is easy with the Clark/Division stop just 5 minutes away, and a Jewel-Osco the same 5 minutes out for your real grocery runs.
