SoNo East
840 W Blackhawk St, Lincoln Park, Chicago 60614
SoNo East is a 23-story LEED-certified high-rise in Lincoln Park, and the floor-to-ceiling windows mean most units actually deliver on the skyline and Chicago River views. There's a resort-style pool up top and a solid fitness center, plus studios through two-bedrooms with wood-style floors and granite counters. You're a 4-minute walk to the North/Clybourn Red Line and a Mariano's a couple minutes past that, with the Wild Mile riverwalk and Capital One Cafe both around the corner. Spots like Sully's House and Joe's On Weed St are right there too if you want a night out without a cab.

Sono east has great perks and the apartments are awesome. management is super helpful and offers fast responses, haven’t had a single issue
A bunch of dead birds because of the building negligence. Also to whoever is putting rocks around them, stop. That’s not respectful how you think it is. They’re just rocks, I doubt you prayed for these birds. Do something to help them not die instead.
So many dead birds, doesn’t seem very luxurious
Sono East has been a great living experience for me! The staff is so nice and helpful. Sofia is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She really makes sure the building is running smoothly and the tenants are happy!
