Don’t even try to schedule a tour for this complex. I scheduled 4 days ago and even received reminder emails leading up to the tour day. I arrived, waited 20 minutes, called the management office, but got no answer and no showed for a tour. Unbelievable!!
Great location and amenities- clean gym, great rooftop view with grills, and a nice indoor area.

jewels and tons of restaurants on wells street which is 2 blocks away. I submitted a work order yesterday for fire alarm battery was dying, maintenance came within couple of hours and change it.
We've enjoyed our time at Than tower. The apartment has an amazing location and the moving process was really easy. The management has been responsive and is constantly working on the building. Areas like the gym and rooftop could be kept a bit more clean.
Had various problems with management and received no help. Responses were often met with aggression and disrespect. Would fully not recommend living here while Sebastian is the landlord or affiliated with this company.
Absolutely rude people I called three times the first time I was talking the phone hung up so I thought maybe this was by accident. I called again to ask questions in both times. The phone hung up before I was even done talking.
