Wave Lakeview

420 W Belmont Ave, Lakeview, Chicago 60657

Wave Lakeview sits at 420 W Belmont, putting you in the heart of Lakeview just a short stroll from the lakefront path, which is about 9 minutes away when you want to run or bike along the water. The block has real character: grab a morning coffee at The Coffee & Tea Exchange about eight minutes out, and DryHop Brewers and Muse Spirits are close enough to make this an easy spot for an after-work drink. The Belmont stop on the CTA is about a 19-minute walk for your commute, and a Mariano's roughly 13 minutes away handles the real grocery runs. It is a solid, well-connected pick if you want Lakeview energy with the lake at your doorstep.

Great location but I’d highly recommend not moving in here while the renovations are ongoing. Noise and vibrations levels in excess of 60-70 dbz are common for 6+ hours a day starting promptly at 8am everyday. As long as you see scaffolding …

The Wave is a decent place to live. And maintenance is good too. They fix what you ask them to and the people in the office are nice. The neighborhood is great and everything is in walking distance. I recommend it!

The apartment complex sold me on their rooftop pool; however, it was temporarily closed. Now, it’s PERMANENTLY closed even though management has been shut lip about it. They have this wild rooftop concept plan that will take at least a year …

I lived in the building from June 2025 - June 2026. The amenities and location are amazing, true lake front living. Having the 146 bus and 151 on your doorstep as well as an abundant of amazing restaurants and bars and a Mariano’s around …
