Fisher Building

343 S Dearborn St, The Loop, Chicago 60604

The Fisher Building is a restored historic Loop landmark, and the apartments lean into that pedigree with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, original hardwood floors, and select units that get gas fireplaces, soaking tubs, and panoramic views over downtown and Lake Michigan. There's a 24-hour concierge and doorman, a round-the-clock fitness center, and a clubroom with billiards, plus Brando's Speakeasy is literally in the building if you want a drink without going outside. Harry's Sandwich Shop is a one-minute walk for coffee and Pritzker Park is right out front, the Harold Washington Library Brown/Orange/Pink/Purple line stop is a 2-minute walk away, and the nearest big grocery run is a Trader Joe's about 20 minutes on foot.

My time at Fisher was great! The maintenance staff was always on top of everything and I loved my unit! The best part of Fisher though was the entire front desk staff! They are all so amazing and accommodating, Myriam Larson helped me and cheered me on every morning and night.

Very vintage look within the building but the location is perfect in Chicago downtown. Few may feel the train noise may be little too much as the apartment in next to train station and train line. The staff at the reception is helpful. The building is definitely old contructiom b…

Quite simply: the Fisher Building is a great place to call home. Public spaces are well maintained, the back office staff is professional, efficient, and communicative with residents, I have yet to have maintenance not respond promptly and …

I lived there for two years, and the staff are all so kind. Myriam is the best and she will be missed.

The woman at the concierge desk is extremely unprofessional and rude. She blatantly ignored me while talking to a tenant about personal matters while I stood and waited for my tour, and then scowled at me and gave me attitude for looking around the lobby for someone to help direc…

They have an extremely high utility package, starts at $200 a month and it includes air..lol, water, sewer, trash and being a previous home owner, those are junk fees and you don't pay that much. Also, you still need to set up a separate …
