The landscaped courtyard with grills and a firepit is a genuinely nice place to hang out. You're a four-minute walk from the Harlem/Lake stop, Wise Cup coffee is about nine minutes away, and Beer Shop is about six minutes off when you want a drink. Whole Foods is about seven minutes out, and Cummings Square is a short stroll for green space.
