I just moved in to my new unit and have been super busy getting adjusted, but the leasing office and maintenance team have been very supportive and helpful. Randy was quick to resolve my AC problem and gave me some good tips about it :)

Maintenance crew is always very responsive and take care of requests within a day. Randy has been especially helpful. He is friendly, quick, and can take care of requests even on Sunday mornings.
The building engineers and maintenance team are fantastic! Always helpful and quick to respond. Special shout out to Randy, who replaced a burned out bulb in the track lighting above my sink within FIFTEEN minutes of my submitting the work order!
Had an emergency with the sink/ garbage disposal flooding. Randy came within an hour of submitting the maintenance request to fix the issue and minimize the clean up before things could’ve gotten worse. Glad this was resolved immediately and he even helped clean up the gross stuf…
This place nickel and dimes you over every single thing possible. They charge electricty for the TVs in the lobby that just play revenue generating ads 24/7.
