The Otis
1435 W 15th St, West Town, Chicago 60622
The Otis leans into a warehouse-loft feel in West Town, with raw industrial details, big windows, and a rooftop deck that actually pulls in the skyline. Inside you get quartz counters and stainless appliances, plus a fitness center and bike storage if you ride. You're about an 8-minute walk to coffee at Starbucks, around the corner from District Brew Yards, and Bickerdike Square Park is right there for a breather. Heads up that the nearest train is the Ashland stop on the Green and Pink lines about 13 minutes off, and there's no big grocery store within an easy walk, so plan a trip or lean on delivery for the full shop.

Resident reviews
on Google MapsGreat place to live. Super quiet
Lived here for 2 years and my lease was finally done. So glad I left. Worst building. People let their dogs pee everywhere. I also developed eye mucus from my eyes because how dusty the building is.
