Optima Signature is a 57-story Streeterville tower with serious resort-grade amenities: an indoor lap pool plus an outdoor heated rooftop pool, a hot tub and sky deck with fire pits, a full fitness center, and even an indoor basketball court and a putting green. The units have floor-to-ceiling windows pulling in Lake Michigan and skyline views, wide-plank floors, and Snaidero cabinetry, so it actually feels designed rather than generic. You can grab coffee at Glass & Cup a few minutes away, hit Lucky Strike or Ogden Plaza in a couple minutes, and wind down at The Red Star Bar. There's a Whole Foods basically downstairs (the building has direct elevator access to it), and the Grand stop on the Red Line is about a 10-minute walk.
