Honestly just a terrible time. You literally couldn’t pay me to live here. Slow maintenance response time, gets FREEZING in the winter, overpriced for what you get
Elevators are constantly broken.
I’ve enjoyed living here so far. I find the building community to be respectful and quiet. I think the management communicates to tenants well. So far, the building engineer Robert has addressed some repairs I requested quickly. I do wish there was a key fob system in place.
I lived here one year and it is a very old building. Robert the maintenance man does all he can do.When it rains it comes right through the window gaps. When it's cold the cold air comes right through the windows. The window shade was moldy …
