Imprint Apartments
717 S Clark St, Printer's Row, Chicago 60605
Imprint is a converted historic printing house in Printer's Row, and they've leaned into that heritage with loft units that have exposed brick and floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a 5th-floor outdoor terrace, a fitness center, and a dog run with a pet spa if you've got a pup. You're a three-minute walk from Necessary Coffee and Ferd Kramer Memorial Garden, with First Draft and Kasey's Tavern close by for a drink. The LaSalle stop is about six minutes on foot, and the nearest Trader Joe's is roughly a fifteen-minute walk for your bigger grocery runs.

Resident reviews
I’ve lived at Imprint for four years and I honestly love it here. Beautiful building, great amenities, the lounge and gym especially. But the real reason I’ve stayed this long is the staff and the community. …
The apartments are really nice, amenities are great, and staff is the best part. Sarah was a big help while touring. If you’re looking for a place that is 100% worth the money, look here first.
The front desk is incredibly rude. We wait for 20mins for the tour, she said we are late? We are ontime and doing this ID check for 5mins. I cannot believe how they bring good service with these people.
Don is the most amazing leasing manager I have ever met. He is kind, thoughtful, and extremely compassionate. I can tell he makes Imprint a wonderful place, and he has been so helpful in my process of finding a new home!
I’m having a wonderful experience staying here at Imprint. If I have any questions Amber Buhmann and Don Mosley are all too happy to assist me.
Don and Sarah have been really communicative. They’re kind. Don goes the extra mile and often responds after business hours. The building is super nice and I find the amenities to always be clean. I appreciate the co-working space a lot …
Don was attentive and gave us an amazing tour.
Don helped us out with a tour here and I could not be more pleased: the residents look happy the tour was super detailed and transparent and the building is absolutely STUNNNNNING. Highly recommend and seriously request Don for the tour
I loved living at imprint! Imprint has such an amazing and sweet staff that take care of you. …
Lived here for 2 years and would have renewed my lease if I didn’t have to relocate. The team is very responsive as a whole(Management, Maintenance & Concierge) which is rare. I would give them more stars if I could.
