Apartment complex does not offer any types of tours before leasing. You can only look at floor plans online. I feel this is silly considering tours are a huge part of an apartment search process.

The front desk is incredibly rude. We wait for 20mins for the tour, she said we are late? We are ontime and doing this ID check for 5mins. I cannot believe how they bring good service with these people.
