Arrived to a dirty apartment. Requested it be cleaned. They cleaned it but were extremely annoyed about it, didn’t tell me what time they were coming and basically told me off. It was 3 people to just me in my apartment in a new country. I already hate Chicago.

Was able to spend a weekend in the guest suite of this amazing apartment. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the building was very clean and the views were incredible! 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again!

Best apartment community I’ve lived in! The staff is incredibly welcoming and there are always fun events to enjoy for residents every month!
We stayed in the guest suite while visiting the city and had a lovely time!! The building is gorgeous and the staff are so friendly and attentive (shout out Amy, Debbie, and Max!) that we felt very well taken care of. The views were astounding as well - 5 stars!!
