Sienna is a small, five-story boutique building of around 50 units, so it feels more personal than the big River North towers, and the homes are genuinely nice inside: concrete 10-foot ceilings, quartz waterfall islands, KitchenAid appliances, full-size in-unit Whirlpool washer and dryer, and Nest thermostats. The shared spaces punch above the size too, with a rooftop deck that has grills and lounge seating, a Life Fitness gym, plus a dog run and pet grooming station if you have a pup. Day to day you are a couple minutes from Starbucks and a Jewel-Osco for groceries, with Five Iron Golf basically next door and bars like The Kerryman close by. The Grand Red Line stop is about a 6-minute walk, so getting around the city is easy.
