The Sinclair
1201 N LaSalle Dr, Gold Coast, Chicago 60610
The Sinclair is a polished Gold Coast high-rise where the apartments lean into the views, with big windows pulling in Lake Michigan and the skyline, private balconies, and de Giulio-designed kitchens with quartz counters and GE stainless appliances. The amenity floors are the real draw: an outdoor pool and spa with a cabana-lined sun terrace, a fitness club with a yoga studio, and a resident lounge with a demo kitchen, plus a 24-hour concierge and a dog run. You can grab a coffee at the Starbucks six minutes out, walk to bars like Division on the Rocks and The Rabbit Hole, or post up at Goudy Square Park. The Clark/Division Red Line stop is a three-minute walk, and there is a Jewel-Osco basically next door for groceries.

The sinclair staff is phenomenal and work around the clock. Friendly and engaging they can solve any problem. When I had surgery this year they actually took care of me like I was part of their family. Ryah and Freddie are the best!
