Grand Central
221 W Harrison St, South Loop, Chicago 60607
Grand Central is a newer pair of 14-story towers tucked into the western edge of South Loop, and it leans hard into the kind of amenities you'll actually use: a resort-style pool, a rooftop spa and hot tub with real city views, and a serious CrossFit gym kitted out with Technogym equipment plus a yoga studio and an indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge. Step outside and you've got Starbucks seven minutes away, O'Neil's on Wells and First Draft for a drink, and Southbank Park about a 4-minute walk from the door. The LaSalle stop is a quick five-minute walk for getting around, and Whole Foods is about 19 minutes out when you need a real grocery run. If you've got a dog, the washing and grooming stations and heated pet deck are a nice touch you won't find at most buildings.

Resident reviews
As a current resident, my experience with the property management at The Grand Central Apartments (managed by RPM Living) has been incredibly frustrating. Their level of negligence and unresponsiveness is unacceptable. …
I stopped by The Grand Central during my lunch break because I was genuinely interested in the property and wanted to learn more. Unfortunately, my first impression was extremely disappointing. …
Unprofessional. It's shocking how there is no response from the leasing office for someone who literally wants to be a tenant. …
***I'm updating my review after the "response from the owner": My billing issue was reported to you over a week ago - not last year, and not last Saturday - and has nothing to do with the prior management. This is the third time I've …
The new management is just awful. They never answer the phones. Their not honoring any previous agreements and creating such inconveniences for tenants.
Stole and his team are very accommodating, kind, and resourceful. Have made it a very pleasant experience.
Beautiful amenities and friendly staff. The leasing office team is always available and tries to help residents, especially Arina, Nancy and Stole. I also love the social events in the building; they’re always so much fun!!
I loved living here. Always helpful even after I moved out and my mum sent by accident a parcel there, they helped me to get it.
Working with Nancy is always easy, fun, and seamless. She makes my clients feel heard and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Can’t wait to keep teaming up!
Nancy is truly an exceptional leasing agent and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. From the moment I connected with her, she was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the …
