The Ardus
676 N LaSalle Dr, River North, Chicago 60654
The Ardus is a converted industrial warehouse in River North that keeps its old bones while putting in floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, concrete-and-wood floors, and bathrooms with glass rain showers. The rooftop is the real draw, with a full kitchen, a pool table, and big views over downtown, plus a grilling-and-fire-pit lounge a level down, and a stacked washer/dryer comes in every unit. The lobby coffee shop is Happy Monday Coffee Roasters, so you can grab your morning cup without going outside, and Centennial Crafted Beer and Brehon Pub are both a quick walk for a beer. The Chicago stop on the Brown and Purple lines is about eight minutes on foot, and there's a Whole Foods nine minutes away for groceries.

Love this place
I've been working with Meelah at Ardus, and she has been incredibly professional throughout the process. She made my transition easy and seamless, and from day one, she made me feel right at home. I truly appreciate her support, guidance, and dedication.

I luv it ate The Ardus. EVERYONE I have met so far has been REALLY nice. Burin is the absolute best maintenance man I have EVER come across. Takes care of all maintenance well & in a timely manner.
