ReNew Waterside
420 E Ohio St, Streeterville, Chicago 60611
ReNew Waterside is a freshly renovated high-rise tucked into the quiet eastern edge of Streeterville, where a lot of the apartments look out over the lake or the downtown skyline and come with quartz counters and stainless appliances. The amenity stack is genuinely strong: a heated indoor lap pool, a fitness center with a separate yoga studio, a 24-hour concierge, and a rooftop lounge with fire pits, grills, and cabanas for the summer months, plus a gated dog run if you have a pup. You can grab a coffee at the Starbucks a couple of minutes away, walk over to Bennett Park or duck into Lucky Strike in a few minutes, and the Whole Foods is about a 7-minute walk for groceries. The Grand stop on the Red Line is the closest train, roughly 16 minutes on foot.

Location is great, and Jason has also been wonderful! He's very understanding. He takes the time to explain things and is always quick to help when I need support. Daniel is great as well! They just renovated as well.
From the very beginning of apartment showings to officially being fully moved in, this has been an amazing experience! Although there were a few mishaps with movers in the process, Daniel and Jason have both been wonderful and truly went …
