The Seneca
200 E Chestnut St, Gold Coast, Chicago 60611
The Seneca sits right in the heart of the Gold Coast, with a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms managed by Trinity Property Consultants, so it works whether you're flying solo or splitting a place. You're a one-minute walk from coffee at Cafecito, with Seneca Park four minutes out for a green break and a Topgolf Swing Suite eight minutes away when friends are in town. The Chicago Red Line stop is about a twelve-minute walk for getting downtown or up north, and there's a Whole Foods roughly the same distance for your grocery runs.

Frank, the building engineer, is so responsive, kind and helpful. Frank is part of what made our experience at The Seneca so positive.

The staff here are wonderful. J.V. Murino and Korey are great property managers. Building is well maintained with great amenities. Staff was responsible and flexible to our situation when we needed to terminate our lease due to a relocation out of state.
JV has been such a pleasure to work with when transferring to a new unit in my building. He has made the moving process so seamless and has solidified why I am so happy to be staying in the Seneca!
The receptionist was so rude
