The Bush Temple
108 W Chicago Ave, River North, Chicago 60654
The Bush Temple is a genuinely cool pairing of a restored French Chateauesque landmark on Chicago Avenue with a newer 15-story tower behind it, and the lobby still shows off a restored Bush and Gerts piano as a nod to the building's music-hall past. Up top you get two rooftop lounges and a pool with skyline views, plus a fitness center, and the in-unit washer and dryer makes day-to-day life easy. You're right in the thick of River North, so you can grab a fast coffee at Nimble a minute away, hit Celtic Crossing or the Clark Street Ale House for a beer, or stroll over to Washington Square in about five minutes. The Chicago Red Line stop is a 5-minute walk and there's a Whole Foods just 4 minutes away for groceries.

I’ve lived here for the last year and, despite all of the changes with management, have really enjoyed working with Nicole on the leasing team. She’s always happy to answer questions and proactively seek solutions to issues, whether it’s with billing or maintenance.
