This is a sprawling Schaumburg garden-style community built around real lakes with fountains and mature trees, so it feels more like a leafy resort campus than a typical apartment complex. The standouts are the two heated outdoor pools with sundecks and the newly redone two-story clubhouse, plus a big fitness center with its own yoga and wellness studio, a tennis court, and underground heated parking so you are not scraping ice off the car in January. Most apartments come with in-unit washer/dryers and their own patio or terrace, and the kitchens are fully outfitted. Fair warning if you are car-free: there is no CTA train stop or major grocery within walking distance out here, so this one really assumes you drive.
