The Hudson

750 N Hudson Ave, River North, Chicago 60654

The Hudson is a 25-story boutique tower in River North where every home gets a private balcony and condo-grade finishes, and the amenity deck is genuinely strong: an outdoor pool ringed by cabanas, a rooftop terrace with skyline views, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, plus a real fitness floor with a yoga room and a dry sauna. The location is easy too, with a Starbucks about a minute away, Jesse White Park three minutes out, and bars like Headquarters Beercade and The Drifter when you want a night out. The Chicago stop on the Brown and Purple lines is a seven-minute walk, and the nearest big grocery run is the Whole Foods at about fifteen minutes.

Lived here for a couple of months. Cassandra from management made the move very easy for us and the front desk attendants are all amazing!

The entire team at the Hudson is incredibly attentive and kind. Whether it’s offering dog treats or looking out for a package, they know how to take care of their residents. Lionel, Cassandra and Chakib are the dream team—always positive and brightening everyone’s day.
