Willow Crossing is a low-key garden-style community in Elk Grove Village run by Marquette, and the real draw is how much it packs in: a pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a clubhouse, a kids' playground, and a fenced dog park if you've got a pup. The apartments lean toward the comfortable side with granite counters, stainless appliances, a separate dining nook, high ceilings, and your own balcony or patio. Hanson Park is about an 8-minute walk, so green space is basically next door, and you're set up close to I-290 and Route 53 for getting around the northwest suburbs. There's no CTA train stop or major grocery chain within easy walking distance, so this one is really built around having a car.
