The apartments themselves feel current, with quartz counters, white shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer. You are a three-minute walk from coffee at Brew Coffee Lab, with Miner Street Tavern and the Bourbon 'N Brass Speakeasy nearby for nights out and James Paroubek Park about seven minutes away when you want green space. Worth knowing going in: there is no CTA train stop or big-name grocery store within easy walking distance, though the building sits close to the Metra if you commute downtown.

Great apartment with so many wonderful amenities; pool, workout room, game room, party room, etc. Avani takes a sincere interest in her residents and made our family feel at home from the first moment. It is clear that she really cares. Highly recommend!
