The Quin sits up in Schaumburg near the Algonquin Road and Progress Parkway intersection, with designer finishes, walk-in closets, and the kind of roomy bedrooms that actually fit a real bed and furniture. There is a fitness center and a couple of pools on site, plus chef-style kitchens and spa-feeling bathrooms in the units. For green space you have Plum Grove Reservoir Park and the Palatine Nature Trail close by, and Woodfield Mall is right there for shopping and errands. Just know it is car country out here: I-90 and Route 53 are an easy hop, but there is no CTA train stop or major grocery chain within walking distance, so plan on driving.
