Stead 220 sits right in the thick of Fulton Market, the converted-warehouse-turned-dining-and-nightlife stretch that has become one of the most walkable corners of the West Loop. You can grab your morning coffee and donuts at Stan's about four minutes out the door, then close the night at After Lounge or Tavern El Chubasco, with Bad Axe Throwing basically next door for when you want to do something other than another bar. The Ashland stop on the Green and Pink lines is about a ten minute walk, so getting downtown or out to the suburbs is easy. Fair warning: there is no big-name grocery store within an easy stroll, so plan on a quick ride or delivery for full stock-up runs.
