When you use our apartment finder or contact forms we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and your apartment preferences (budget, move-in window, sizes, neighborhoods, and must-haves). We also collect standard technical data such as pages visited, used to operate and improve the site.

How we use it

Your information is used to match you with apartments, to have a licensed local leasing specialist follow up about your search, to schedule tours you request, and to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / mobile privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or lead generators. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

Sharing

To arrange tours or quotes you request, we may share your name and search criteria with the specific building or its management company. Service providers that help us run the site (hosting, analytics, messaging delivery) process data on our behalf under contract.
