Precise Rent is a Chicago apartment search site from Hotspot Rentals, an Illinois-licensed real estate brokerage. It shows what apartments in Chicago buildings are asking today: every available unit, its price, its size, and any move-in special.
Prices and availability are checked every morning and afternoon. Each building page says when its prices were last checked. Results are ranked by how well they match what you asked for. No building pays for placement.
It is free for renters. If you want help, Find My Apartment matches you to your top three and a local leasing specialist lines up your tours.
